Oren’s new book, Say What You Mean: A Mindful Approach to Nonviolent Communication, synthesizes his nearly two decades of work exploring the intersection between mindfulness, Nonviolent Communication, and trauma healing. In this evening program, Oren will share simple yet powerful tools and perspectives for clear, kind and effective conversations. The evening will include a combination of guided meditation, interactive practice, and Q&A, and will be followed by a daylong with more opportunities for practice.
