Buddhist meditation contemplation on death

Halloween, the day of dead, is a perfect time to reflect on death. In fact, the Buddha recommended we reflect on death each and every day - as a sort of vaccine against indifference, complacency and attachment. Death is not in the future. When death comes, it arrives now. Are we living in a way that we will not have regrets? What’s important and what can we let go of? Check out the talk below on death contemplation.

Our life passes, and the fact that it can end at any moment means we are in a most precarious and dangerous situation.
