This year for the holidays, I’m happy to share with you a free three month subscription to the Ten Percent Happier app. I have over fifty guided meditations on the app, including a course on Emotions and another on Relationships.

How to Get Three Months Free:

You’ll redeem the code on the Ten Percent website. Then when you open the app on your phone, everything will be unlocked. If you get stuck, just email the TPH team: support@tenpercent.com.

NEW USERS:

1. Click here to get to the gift redemption page on the TPH website.

2. Create an account. (Remember which method you used.)

3. Click or tap Redeem.

4. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and sign in using the same method you did when you created your account. Your code will be automatically applied.

Already have the app?

If you already have a Ten Percent Happier subscription you’ll need to wait for it to expire before you can apply this code. If you’re in a free trial, please make sure you cancel any automatic subscription, then you can apply this code after your trial ends. Bookmark this page, and once your subscription / trial has expired, follow these steps:

1. Click here to get to the gift redemption page on the TPH website.

2. Look at the bottom of the screen where is says Already have an account? Sign In. Tap “Sign In” there. You must sign in using the same method you used for your current account. This could be:

   • An email and password (use this link to reset your password)

   • Sign in with Apple or with Facebook

   • (If you registered with Google Sign, please email support@tenpercent.com)

   • Can’t remember? Email

3. Click or tap Redeem.

4. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and sign in the same way you did to redeem your code.
