Using Inquiry and Reflection in Meditation Practice

  • New York Insight, (online) (map)

Note: Event begins at 10:00am PT / 1:00pm ET

What is the role of inquiry and reflection on the spiritual path? How can we use questions and mental contemplation to deepen wisdom and understanding?

The Buddhist tradition includes a wide range of practices beyond formal meditation training exercises. In this half-day session, we’ll explore core practices for inquiry and reflection, using the thought and recollection skillfully to enhance understanding and apply Dharma principles to life.

The session will include instructions, guided meditations, and small group discussion. All are welcome. Please note: this event is from 10a-1:30p Pacific Time, 1p - 4:30p Eastern Time.

REGISTER: NY Insight's registration system is down. Please contact registration@nyimc.org and they will send you information to join the session.
