Program Overview:
- What: Online practice community integrating meditation, contemplation, and social change.
- When: Sessions every Wednesday (4:00pm PT), plus 1st and 3rd Saturdays (8-9am PT). Recordings available to sangha members.
- Where: Online via zoom.
- Who: Open to all, no prior experience required.
- Resources: Access to an exclusive audio library of guided meditations.
- Membership: Community-supported sliding scale (standard rate $40/month), including live sessions, session recordings, the audio library, and access to Foundations of the Dharma.
- Drop in: Community-supported sliding scale (standard rate $15/session), with access to the live session only.
Drop-In Contributions:
Drop-ins are offered on a community-supported sliding scale. The standard contribution is $15, with options above and below to support both accessibility and the sustainability of the sangha.
