When we're not aware or intentional about how we relate, we have less choice and influence on how things go. If we lose presence, we lose access to our learned skills, our innate wisdom and our best intentions. When reactivity and stress take over, things get even harder.
With training and practice, you can develop the capacity to stay clear, grounded and balanced through the inevitable ups and downs of your relationships.
During this six-session online course, you'll learn the key principles and practices of mindful communication to strengthen your relationships and improve those that are challenging.

This course will draw upon the modern disciplines of Nonviolent Communication and trauma healing, as well as mindfulness practices from the Buddhist tradition. The skills in this class will help you transform your communication habits at the root level, bringing more clarity, ease and connection to your life. This course is appropriate for individuals, therapists, doctors, and other helping professionals.
