Program Overview:

• What: Online practice community integrating meditation, contemplation, and social change.
• When: Sessions every Wednesday (4:00pm PT), plus every other Saturday (9:00–10:15am PT). Recordings available for one month.
• Where: Online via zoom.
• Who: Open to all, no prior experience required.
• Resources: Access to an exclusive audio library of guided meditations.
• Membership: Sliding scale (standard rate $40/month, with options above and below).
• Drop in: Sliding scale ($5 - $20 per session), access to live session only.
