Evening Meditation And Dharma Talk

Join Oren for Spirit Rock's Monday Night Dharma Talk and Meditation program and find a little peace and quiet to sustain you into the week. The evening will include a period of silent meditation followed by a Dharma talk with Q&A.

Appropriate for beginning and experienced students. Pre-registration is required for the online live stream. Recording will be available for viewing afterwards only if you register on Spirit Rock’s website.
