Letting Go and Letting Be: Release through Acceptance and Forgiveness

Note: This event begins at 7:00am PT / 10:00am ET

The contemplative path teaches us to open to the full range of joy and sorrow, pleasure and pain in life. Yet it still can be hard to accept the inevitable disappointments, hurts and losses of life.

How can we practice true acceptance and release the heart from struggle and resentment over the past? How do we honor the power of our feelings without feeding them, and discern indifference from true acceptance? Is there a difference between acceptance and forgiveness?

Join Oren for an online day of meditation, healing, and exploration through the Cambridge Insight Meditation Center. This session will include periods of silent meditation and reflection, interactive discussion, Dharma talks as well as time for question and response with the teacher. Registration is required; all are welcome, no prior experience necessary.

The audio from the teachings at this event will be recorded; group discussions will not be recorded to protect the privacy of participants. Registration is required to access the audio recordings.

Cost: $80
