Healing, Communication and Social Change

Healing, Communication, and Social Change: How to bring courage and love to transformation

What is the relationship between inner transformation, communication and interpersonal relationships? Can inner healing and communication practice support each other, and how do these translate into effective action in the world? Can real personal healing be complete without systemic social change, and can social change be sustainable without personal healing?

Join NVC trainers Roxy Manning and Oren Jay Sofer for this unique conversation about the different applications of NVC, hosted by the NVC Academy. On this one-hour call, you’ll learn:

  • Methods for contemplative inquiry

  • Key tools to deepen your communication practice

  • Practices to enhance resilience

  • Ways to transform anxiety into action

Registration Opens Soon…

Roxy and Oren will offer reflections on the intersection of personal, relational, and social transformation, and on the power of Nonviolent Communication when applied to different levels of our experience. The session will include time for live Q&A with participants, as well as a free gift for those interested in Oren’s new book, Say What You Mean: A Mindful Approach to Nonviolent Communication.
