This 6-week online course offers training in Oren Jay Sofer’s unique, integrated approach to communication. It is specifically designed to support you to discern what’s most authentic and to develop the skill to express yourself in ways others can hear.

Based on the principles of Oren’s book, Say What You Mean, this new course offers concrete tools and practices to bring to your daily life and relationships. With expert guidance from the author, you’ll learn ways to:

  • Feel more confident during conversations

Drawing upon the disciplines of mindfulness meditation, Nonviolent Communication, and somatics, this course offers concrete tools to express oneself clearly and powerfully in a way that supports teamwork and collaboration. Through a combination of mindfulness practices, guided reflections and interactive exercises, participants will develop a greater sense of ease, inner clarity, and confidence in their communication.
