Join Oren for this special daylong retreat exploring the role of ancestors, love, and lineage in our lives and meditation practice.
Contemplative practice takes great fortitude and patience. During this special Mother’s Day program, we will learn practices to develop resilience by strengthening and healing connections with ancestors through lovingkindness. We will develop our understanding of the role of love in spirituality and different ways to develop it on the path. We will also learn about the central important of refuge within the Buddhist tradition, and offer ways to deepen one’s experiential connection with a sense of lineage.
This daylong will be a unique combination of teaching, guided meditation, reflection, and interactive exploration. It will include meditation instructions, movement, and ample periods of discussion. This daylong is appropriate for all levels of experience.
