Insight Meditation Retreat
During this five-day residential retreat, we’ll explore the practice of Insight Meditation (Vipassana) as a way of deepening our understanding of life and learning to find balance and freedom within the flow of change. We will emphasize developing an attitude of relaxation, kindness, and inquiry towards ourselves, and our moment to moment experience. A residential course, this retreat provides a valuable opportunity to deepen the skills of awareness and to cultivate inner freedom.
This retreat is open to all levels of experience, and will include periods of sitting and walking meditation, Q&A sessions, and Qi Gong. Space is limited; please register early.
